Change the module name to 'SearchStax Search API Module'

- We are wanting to be more consistent with our naming conventions.

- Change the module name from 'Search API SearchStax' to 'SearchStax Search API Module'

- Replace any mentions of 'Search API SearchStax' to 'SearchStax Search API Module'
