Logs in the console about the interval and period

Problem/Motivation

There are two commands in the js file "console.log" that log information during each js or ajax request. I find this annoying and insecure

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the module
2. Add notifybar block in block layout
3. Open console logs on any page

Proposed resolution

1. Remove the lines from the js file
