Continues to show on Admin pages despite using setting that should prevent this

Problem/Motivation

Despite selecting the 'Disable on admin pages' Bugherd continues to show on admin pages

I can't see what we have done wrong, or whether this is clashing with another extension but thought I would ask here for confirmation that it is in fact working as expected for others. cheers.
