Problem/Motivation

When filtering, the inputs of the form disappear because it does remove with js (it's not pretty) and sometimes it doesn't filter well with the dates.

Steps to reproduce

Modify filters to search, when clicking on the submit of the form, javascript manipulates the inputs and those that are repeated remove them from the form, for a moment you can see that the inputs of the form disappear.
In addition, sometimes I have noticed that with certain filters of min, max or between dates, it does not work correctly.

Proposed resolution

Modify javascript so that it does not remove duplicate entries, refine the search with date filters.
