Create a link to open the preview in a new window or tab

Problem/Motivation

Due to the preview generating in an iframe, some external links will not open due to most sites setting x-frame-options to same origin.

Steps to reproduce

Load a preview which has a link to a site like https://www.drupal.org and notice the page doesn't load in the iframe.

Proposed resolution

Create a link to open the full preview page in a new window or tab (not sure which is best and open for suggestions). The links could be positioned somewhere near the iframe. Something like: "Open preview in new window".

User interface changes

New link. See attached screenshot. "Open link in new window" (probably want to actually say "Open preview in new window").
