Add multi language support

When using this module for a client, the client came with feedback that only the english nodes were translated.

Add multi-language support, by processing the node, check if it has translations and loop through the translations aswell.

I've added a patch that works for me. This can be expanded with checks, and maybe in the configuration form, a checkbox if you would like to add the translations or not. Done on version 1.1.0 of the module.
