Cannot add or modify read time field through layout builder

Problem/Motivation

When adding or modifying the field through layout builder, an error prevents the field formatter settings form from displaying. As a result, the field cannot be added or modified.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a read time field to a content type
  2. Enable layout builder for the content type
  3. When editing a layout, attempt to add or modify the read time field
