I switched over to thewirecutter/paapi5-php-sdk since it's up to date and works with modern Drupal. I'd recommend pulling that in through composer so that you don't run into these issues.
Error in drunomics/paapi5-php-sdk:
Deprecated function: Return type of Amazon\ProductAdvertisingAPI\v1\com\amazon\paapi5\v1\OfferPrice::offsetUnset($offset) should either be compatible with ArrayAccess::offsetUnset(mixed $offset): void, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used to temporarily suppress the notice in include() (Zeile 30 in vendor/drunomics/paapi5-php-sdk/src/com/amazon/paapi5/v1/OfferPrice.php)
