Add a danse content entity to be used instead of nodes

Problem/Motivation

Some payloads currently use the node entity to provide a mechanism to render a payload if it is not already related to another content entity. This is no good idea as it not only introduces a node dependency, even more so it also has to make assumptions about the node type.

Proposed resolution

Add a simple dummy entity type which can be used for such circumstances.

Implemented such that the DANSE event entity gets used, just like it was already implemented by the log sub-module.
