    Hi @alok_singh I have tested this issue in my Drupal 9.5.x
    Apply the MR provided by you. , MR failed to apply showing below errors:-

    error: patch failed: CSS/custom-style.css:374
error: css/custom-style.css: patch does not apply
error: patch failed: industrial_zymphonies_theme.info.yml:2
error: industrial_zymphonies_theme.info.yml: patch does not apply

    Please look into it.

    Verified MR3 on 10.2.x, the footer title is visible and menus are aligned. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
