Add customer oriented error message if AJax request is failed

In case if VBO request is failed (for example on update selection) user doesn't now what happened.

1. Open a page that uses VBO functionality.
2. Clear the temp store for the current user.
3. Click on the VBO select option checkbox.

Add error callback for ajax request, which will show error message for user
