This task integrates Google Maps from Geolocation field → module into COOKiES consent management (more specifically: it integrates the geolocation_google_maps sub-module / map-provider).
Integration is similar as with cookies_video module: A new service group "Maps" is created and a service "google_maps" control the visibility of the map. Before accepting, blocking banner is shown instead of the map. After accepting, the placeholder banner is replaced with the real map.
Currently only Google Maps are supported, but the code is designed to handle multiple different geolocation map providers using different cookies service IDs (especially Open Street Maps comes into mind.)
The MR is currently targeting v1.2 because we urgently needed a patch for an existing project.
