Problem/Motivation

In the composer.json there is a license to "License "GPL-2.0+" put is deprecated

Steps to reproduce

Open the project root
Run: composer validate
Result: - License "GPL-2.0+" is a deprecated SPDX license identifier, use "GPL-2.0-or-later" instead

Proposed resolution

To fix that we can update the license to use "GPL-2.0-or-later" and it'll fix the issue
