Fix list & list group patterns

List and List group patterns have those issues:

The items field has a custom structure which looks like a menu structure but it is not compatible with. So it neither buildable neither pluggable to menus
Because of that there is a weird use of "is iterable"
pattern("list") is hardcoded in list group
They don't look like the doc : https://m2.material.io/components/lists

Give those components some love
