Fix list & list group patterns

Problem/Motivation

List and List group patterns have those issues:

  • The items field has a custom structure which looks like a menu structure but it is not compatible with. So it neither buildable neither pluggable to menus
  • Because of that there is a weird use of "is iterable"
  • pattern("list") is hardcoded in list group
  • They don't look like the doc : https://m2.material.io/components/lists
