[UI] Change a class for the tag element on the hero block

Problem/Motivation

For courses as a group type implemented label as badge badge-primary but for all other group types implemented teaser__tag

Steps to reproduce

Go to the group on one tab and the course page on another tab.
Compare classes on the tag element on the hero block.

Proposed resolution

Change a class on the tag element on the hero block.
