Video to S3 with filefield paths gives error

Thank you for your wonderful module.

I am finding that when you install filefield_paths to upload to S3, it gives the following error.

Warning: Undefined array key "#default_value" in filefield_paths_filefield_paths_field_settings() (line 27 of /home/mysite/public_html/modules/contrib/filefield_paths/filefield_paths.inc)

and does not upload to S3, but locally.

To reproduce:

Install filefield_paths

file path: foldername
file name: [node:nid]-[node:title].[file:ffp-extension-original]

Now I've noticed that file directory gets set by the field in 'manage form' video upload, and does not use filefield path setting.

This only happens with the video.module and not with image fields.

Please would you be so kind to fix that that field type video in 'manage fields' accepts token paths.
