Edit project description to remove VBO as required dependency

Thanks for the super helpful module! :D

From what I can tell, VBO was remove as a dependency in #3173187: Make VBO an optional dependency → , however the project description page still lists it as a dependency (which confused me for a bit).

This should probably be removed.
