Issue with the phone number field

Problem/Motivation

There is a error when using the Email verification. It keeps throwing error on the field_phone_number if the phone number is not used as the verification method. Please see the screenshot:

Steps to reproduce

1. Select "Enable Email Verification" in the module configuration page /admin/config/people/otp_verification/settings

1. Go to the People page /admin/people and try to edit a user account

1. When you click on save on the user page you will see the error

Proposed resolution

In the otp_verification.module file, in the function update_profile_entry_in_table, add conditions to verify if the field_phone_number exists.
