From an Endnote X3 xml the date and urls are not imported.
Import an Endnote X3 xml with a publication date (dates->pub-dates->date entry in xml) and a url (urls->web-urls->url)
See uploaded patch in comment for a possible solution and quick fix (for my use case), although unsure of the consequences for Endnote 7 XML import. Needs to be fixed properly probably.
Fix properly / review and test.
