DynamicSimplesitemapController constructor error

Problem/Motivation

The first parameter's type is not correct in the DynamicSimplesitemapController controller.
It is also unnecessary to pass the ConfigFactory to the parent constructor.

Proposed resolution

Change it from Simplesitemap to Drupal\simple_sitemap\Manager\Generator
