Non-Latin characters are removed from the query parameter value

When processing a request, non-Latin characters, such as umlauts, are removed from the beginning and end of the string received from the request parameter. As a result, suggestions do not work properly. For example, the entered string with umlat at the beginning, which is in the index, is displayed below the others.
