The select keeps its previous size after the options have been filtered

Problem/Motivation

The selection keeps its previous size after the options have been filtered.
It becomes too big and we get an unsightly empty space.

Steps to reproduce

Having for example 5 options on a filter A.
Enable selective_better_exposed_filters for this filter.
You get now for example 3 options but the select still has a size=5.

Proposed resolution

Make the select size fit with the new range of options.

We could even add a config with the default min and max size.
