ginvite using invite member option validate the users (validation for users present in the user table)

Patches pass : PHP 8.0 & MySQL 5.6, D9.4.8 pass

So, you want to accept only users, which are member of the web site and not outsiders. Is it correct ?

In this case, it should be an option (configuration on ginvite plugin), which we can enable/disable. In other case it is not we want in that module.
