Add focus highlighting to Spotlight pager and Next/Previous/Play/Pause items

The pager items and the Next/Previous/Play/Pause items in the Spotlight widget do not have focus highlighting. Add box shadow and other related changes to provide sufficient focus highlighting to these elements.
