Values inside of "link_options" group not being recognized in the FE (twig)

Problem/Motivation

When create the ebt_cta there is a field group called "Link Options" and there are few options, for example "Open in a new table (target="blank").
If we fill this one, it'll save with this option but it won't be recognized in the front-end because is missing the array tag "link_options" in the array

If we will update templates with link_options, it breaks all existing blocks for Webform Popup, CTA and Basic Button. We should postpone these changes at least for 1.5.x version. Then more sites will re-save blocks and get updated values with link_options.
