The Drupal Code Builder library could not be found. Check README.txt for instructions (2)

On Drupal 10:

1. I downloaded MB with composer. (drupal-code-builder was downloaded)
2. I tried to install MB as normal
3. I got the error "The Drupal Code Builder library could not be found. Check README.txt for instructions." and the module was not installed.

Later I removed MB with composer and downloaded again with composer,
same as above and same result.

A week ago I did the same on another site with Drupal 9. It was ok!
