Error: "The Cookie category entity type needs to be installed" after latest update

Hi, I've just updated this module to the latest version on my site, and now I get an error in status report that says:

"Entity/field definitions
Mismatched entity and/or field definitions
The following changes were detected in the entity type and field definitions.
Cookie category

The Cookie category entity type needs to be installed."

Please can you help?

Edit: I'm on Drupal 9.5.4 which I updated to manually before updating Cookie Content Blocker using the button on the Available Updates page. I have run update.php both right after the update and again to see if it helped. I don't use Drush or anything automated.
