Gulp stall on local install

Problem/Motivation

When I run gulp on the custom_sass theme folder it stalls. This is a local install on Mac OSX. Screenshot attached. When I go to compile with Koala I get an error: Invalid CSS after "}": expected "}" was "" on line 4 of ------- web/themes/contrib/bootstrap_sass/node_modules/gulp-scss-lint/fixtures/invalid-error.scss : However the path to the actual file is node-modules/gulp-scss-lint/test/fixtures/invalid-error.scss

Not sure what to change to fix this error.
