When we install the ebt_bb is created a new block_type which is correct. But when the user uninstall the ebt_bb the block type continue there. To solve that we can implement a logic to delete the block_type on uninstall of ebt_bb. We also can verify if already exists block content with this block type, and if so we can put a lot saying that the ebt_bb was uninstalled but the block type wasn't removed because there are block contents created with this block type
