No submit button and results are not saved

Problem/Motivation

Installed H5p as per instructions and added new field to content type. I am able to create H5P content but when the user goes to the summary page, there is no submit button and no results are stored on the site or in the database.

I have tried looking through H5P documentation and nothing seems to point to this error.

It is also affecting every type of H5P content.

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal 8.
Install H5P.
Create content.
Run through content as user.

More context - caches cleared, running latest version and no errors are shown on site or in logs.
h5p_points table in database is empty

For anyone else with this issue - the solution is in the notes but isn't clear. This affects Interactive Book and can be resolved by going to admin/config/system/h5p and setting "Enable LRS dependent content types"
