FormDazzle currently has a monkeypatch to add support for PHP 7.3 and later's array_key_last() function. Since Drupal 10 requires PHP 8 and recent Drupal 9 releases required PHP 7.4, we can remove this.
Also, Drupal 8 has been unsupported since 2021.
Create a new 3.x release with the new minimum requirements.
