The "delete" option behind an asymmetric translation is ambiguous

Problem/Motivation

On the translations tab of a node each translation shows a dropdown with actions for that node.
The "delete" options seems to be the way to decouple a translation from the "parent" node. However, it actually deletes the node.

Proposed resolution

Improve the user interface and/or add a way to decouple a translation from a node.

Remaining tasks

• Rename "delete" option to "Delete node (irreversable)"
• Add option before the delete option to decouple the translation
