Support for referenced entities

I like the article import functionality, but in our project, we are using Paragraphs. I tried to use a paragraph as the "body" field, but it didn't work. I have a similar problem with images as well. We are using Media entities, but that import form only accepts File entities.

There should be some mechanism for detecting referenced entities and filling values into them.
