The provided API key is invalid

Mailchimp Transactional API Key is invalid, however it is VALID - tested on other websites.

Working on my localhost using AcquaDev Desktop, however I don't see an issue with other websites using mandrill module.

How can I debug it or solve the problem? 100% key is valid.

PS. I have switched to Drupal Symfony Mailer, what is interesting is that the SMPT transport works for the mandrill but not the API.
