On uninstall remove the block type "ebt_bootstrap_button"

Problem/Motivation

When we install the ebt_bb the block type "ebt_bootstrap_button" is created, and it works fine. But when we uninstall the ebt_bb the block type "ebt_bootstrap_button" still there. I think we can remove the block type when the module is uninstalled just to avoid have unnecessary block types. We can implement the hook_uninstall to do this.
P.S. We can verify when the user already have custom blocks created using this block type. If there is a block using this block type we can skip and don't remove on this case.
