Token [site:login-url] is not taking into consideration Disable Login key if enabled

Problem/Motivation

I think it might be worthwhile to either (somehow) update the [site:login-url] token to make use of the Disable Login key if it is enabled. Or, perhaps offering a new token such as [site:disable-login-url] for use by site builders.

Steps to reproduce

Use the [site:login-url] on a Drupal site running Disable Login enabled. The login URL gets generated without the Disable Login parameter added to the URL.
