Global: ECA bulk operations no row selection

Problem/Motivation

when using Global: ECA bulk operations in VBO view there is no row selection checkbox.
when adding "Content: Node operations bulk form" they are but eca action is not listed.

Steps to reproduce

create a ECA bulk operations : assign xx
create view of content(nodes) where there is a field to accept the assigned value.

add Global: ECA bulk operations field
--> now we would expect to have a checkbox column or row selection.

using general VBO --> field: Content: Node operations bulk form field there is row selection

Proposed resolution

add the ECA bulk operations to the Node operations actions instead of a separate field

this would follow the normal Vbo flow using the default row selection, ECA action is just an extra action for VBO to execute for eatsch selected row.

    The section "Steps to reproduce" does not contain a distinct way for me to be able to reproduce this.
    Besides providing distinct steps to reproduce, please also provide a simple configuration export (only relevant config files) that contain your VBO config that may help to see what the problem is you're encountering.

    Did you read the README and carefully followed its instructions?

    What version of Drupal core and Views Bulk Operations are you using?

    There are currently more than 150 reported site installations. Either they all have non-working VBO configs or you did not follow along the README instructions or you might use a modified / outdated version of VBO.
