Language Condition not showing on form

Problem/Motivation

After a recent upgrade of notification message from dev to rc6, the language condition form element on notification message forms has disappeared.

I've tracked this down to a code change in 💬 Condition DataTypes - blank Fixed . Reverting the code change fixes the issue. After reverting I don't see the problem reported in the issue.

Steps to reproduce

  • On a multilingual site add a notification type with language condition enabled.
  • Create a notification message.
