Make Request Type and Service Desk a plain text field

In many cases the number of services desks and/or request types is greater than 50 which is where I calling the Jira API with pagination would be required to populate the drop down.

Therefore make these field plain text as its assumed that it is possible to talk to the some one maintaining the Jira Service desk
