Allow environment configuration for the gateway

Problem/Motivation

Support all live environment options, and allow configuration of the environment.

When in test mode, the environment is always test. When in live mode, Adyen supports 4 environments currently:

  1. Europe
  2. Australia
  3. US
  4. Asia Pacific South East
