Disabled cache is not effective any longer

Problem/Motivation

Although the option "no_cache" is set to TRUE on /api/digital_signage routes, rendered content still gets cached, which results in non-updating dynamic content.

Proposed resolution

The render arrays for embedded content also need the cache setting.
