Add support for migrate_tools v6

Migrate Plus was removed as a dependency for Migrate Tools in v6 so we need to add it as a dependency.

Committed a slightly more permissive version of #7 that still allows v5 - tested that locally.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
