Unexpected ? in 1.14 release

After updating from 1.13 to 1.14, my Drupal 7 website crashed, leading to this message on Apache Error Log :
mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /home/my-d7-website/public_html/sites/all/modules/multiupload_filefield_widget/multiupload_filefield_widget.module on line 91, referer: https://my-d7-website.com/authorize.php

Edit : Switching to PHP 7.4 solved immediately the problem, it was an old development D7 website running on PHP 5.6...
