Allow saving to, and (re-)use of video from core media

First of all, thanks for a great module, it has saved my life in being able to display self-hosted video for clients1 👍

I do have a request though: it would be great if the Video module could be integrated with (existing) media on a Drupal site.

When I add a Video field to my content type, I then only have the (form display) options of 'video upload' and 'video embed'. This means that even if I want to show the same video three times, I have to upload it three times, which takes up considerable server space.

It also means that those videos are then saved in a dedicated folder, and are not available to the core Media module. It would be amazing if the video module would allowing say ing uploaded files to media, so that those files could then be re-used elsewhere, for example inline in ckeditor etc.
