Emails not including booked date, entity now showing date or Title.

As of this latest release, any emils that go out (at least from my site) are missing the booked date.

If I go and look at the booking, it's missing the title and date too.

I thought dates were formatted based on settings in Booking Entity's Manage Display for emails and on the titles page but it doesn't seem to be working.
