Enforced configs table is not responsive so it gets clipped horizontally at smaller screen sizes

Problem/Motivation

If the screen is narrow enough, the enforced configs table is clipped horizontally like this:

When the screen is wide enough, you can view the whole thing, including the crucial "Settings" buttons:

Proposed resolution

The table should already be responsive based on a quick glance in Firefox's dev tools, but it's probably missing something to tell the responsive table library to actually kick in. See the Table element documentation.
