"Basic Page" pages show the machine name in display.

When creating "basic page" content types we do not want the machine name displayed on the page above the page content.

My page has the literal text "Basic Page" showing above the content.

I have tried to look at the content type settings to see if I could turn that off but there seemed to be no way to hide it.

Update, it is not actually the machine name but the human readable content type.

I had to hack my instance to just use an "_" for the human readable name for the content type.
