Include changelogs on Opigno module Drupal.org release notes

Problem/Motivation

When individual Opigno modules are updated, they lack proper documentation on release notes on D.org pages (ie, https://www.drupal.org/project/opigno_class/releases/3.0.3 → ). These are helpful because they help determine what was changed, added, or patched and if any breaking issues or code that may have been independently patched have been introduced and play a role in deciding to update or not.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any Opigno module issue queue
2. Scroll down to releases section
3. Click on a version to view the releases page

Proposed resolution

Detailed changelogs should include items which have changed, at the very least. See the group project release page: https://www.drupal.org/project/group/releases/3.0.0-rc2 →
