Replace enablePreview logic with permission check.

Problem/Motivation

When we enable this module, we create module specific permissions. We can check to see if the user has the permission to see the preview before we execute the preview specific field rendering. This would be better than the always true logic we're currently using.

Proposed resolution

Use permission check, instead of boolean true.
