Component for displaying related events within an event node page and within other pages using layout builder.

Assumptions:

- related events will have the option to populate content by:
--automatically with next upcoming events by date
--automatically with the next upcoming events with a matching location location (i.e. other events tagged for the same location)
--manually selected by the admin
-related events can be set to display in sets of 3, 6, 9, 12 (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4 rows) to allow for the component to be placed within any page via layout builder

Constraints

:
in order to display related events on a CT other than Events, the component must be added via Layout Builder
